Our Three-Layer Verification Process

Every seller on GG Market goes through three verification steps before listing services. Layer 1: Identity verification — government ID and selfie verification via our KYC system. Layer 2: Skill verification — sellers must demonstrate their claimed rank with in-game account screenshots and Raider.IO or op.gg profile links. Layer 3: Trial period — new sellers complete 10 test orders at a discount under seller support monitoring before gaining full marketplace access.

Our Seller Tier System

Sellers are ranked Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond based on completed orders, ratings, and dispute rate. Diamond sellers have 500+ completed orders, a 4.95+ average rating, and zero unresolved disputes. They're displayed first in search results and are recommended for all first-time buyers.

Tier upgrades happen automatically based on performance metrics — no pay-to-upgrade system. This means Diamond sellers earned that tier through hundreds of successful deliveries.

Real-Time Order Monitoring

Every active order is monitored by our automated system. If an order goes past the estimated delivery time without a seller update, the system sends an automatic ping and escalates to our support team. Sellers who miss updates without communication are temporarily suspended pending review.

We also run random completion audits: for 5% of all orders, we verify the claimed delivery via the buyer's in-game profile. This keeps sellers honest even for low-visibility orders.

What Happens When a Seller Fails to Deliver

If a seller doesn't complete your order within the promised window and can't provide a valid reason, GG Market initiates automatic refund processing. The escrow releases back to your GG Market balance immediately, and you can rebook with a different seller.

Sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver are permanently removed. We currently have a 99.4% on-time delivery rate across all active seller categories.

Your Dispute Resolution Rights

You have 24 hours after a seller marks an order complete to open a dispute. Disputes are reviewed by our team within 4 hours. We request evidence from both sides — your account state before/after, seller proof of delivery — and resolve based on what the contract (order agreement) specified.

We rule in buyer favor in cases of ambiguity. Our goal is zero buyer losses from seller negligence on this platform.
